How much collagen powder should I take to reduce cellulite?

I want to start taking collagen powder to reduce the cellulite on my legs. How much should I take? Is there a dosage guide?

Studies have shown that cellulite does have a beneficial effect on the appearance of cellulite. The general daily recommended dose to take is 11-15 grams of collagen powder. You have to take collagen daily for it to have any effect and you should notice results in 3-6 months. Keep in mind that collagen powder doesn't reverse cellulite but makes your skin look fuller and more elastic, reducing the appearance of cellulite.
