How do you fix a weak urine flow?

My urine has gone from a full flow and solid relief to a small trickle that is very unsatisfying. I feel like my bladder never fully empties, and I constantly have to go to the toilet. Do you know how to fix this?

There are several home remedies you might try for this including massaging the bladder area and lower abdomen, applying a heating pad or hot water bottle over your lower abdomen and taking plenty of water and fluids. Exercising regularly and doing Kegel exercises may also help. You could also try double voiding where you empty your bladder as much as possible before relaxing for a few minutes then peeing again. If your urine flow doesn't improve, consult your doctor.
