Can I have sex with an enlarged prostate?

Hi, my wife and I have just learned that I have Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia and we couldn't help but wonder if that meant sex would be out the window?

An enlarged prostate doesn't mean that sex is out of the window. However, BPH does bring about some sexual issues including erectile dysfunction,  reduced sex drive and trouble keeping an erection. Certain treatments for the condition can also lead to sexual problems such as reduced libido and erectile dysfunction.
