Can an enlarged prostate keep you from ejaculating?

I read that the prostate gland swells and ends up putting pressure against the urethra, and that's why some men struggle to pee. Does this mean that a man will also struggle to ejaculate?

Yes, some men with enlarged prostates may struggle to empty their bladders, maintain erections or ejaculate. This happens because the enlarged prostate may obstruct the urethra which is the tube that directs urine and semen flow. In some cases, treatment and medication for the condition may also result in issues such as erectile dysfunction, ejaculation problems, decreased libido, and low sexual satisfaction.
