What is the best cream for fungal nail infection?

Hi, can I use Canesten cream on a nail with fungal infection? Do you have any other recommendations?

The Canesten  Fungal Nail Treatment set can be used to treat toenail infection. There is a range of other treatment options depending on the severity of the fungal infection. These include Lamisil (Terbinafine), Jublia (efinaconazole), Tavaborole (Kerydin), Ciclopirox (Ciclodan, Penlac, Loprox) or Naftifine (Naftin). If the infection is persistent, visit a doctor for a more individualized treatment regimen.
