Can dementia be reversed with food?
Asked 2 years ago
Is it true that by following a tailored diet, we can reduce the effects of dementia and help the brain rebuild itself?

There is no known cure or reversal agent of any kind that can help with dementia or Alzheimer's unfortunately, but there is a diet, specifically a version of the Keto diet that can drastically reduce the risk of getting it and reduce its effects. Avoiding carbs like sugar or grains, healthy fats and non starchy veggies along with avocado or fish are the best anyone can recommend.
Dementia is due to cell death and unfortunately neural cell death is almost impossible to repair or reverse.
