What are the first signs of dementia?

Hi, I think my husband may be getting dementia. He's 68 years old, and he's starting to ask me the same things he asked me less than 2 minutes ago, and he gets so easily confused, like which dishes go where. If this is dementia, what else can I expect?

﻿Loss of memory is the biggest one. Difficulty concentrating or finding it hard to carry out familiar or every day tasks such as finding the correct change when shopping. Finding it hard to find the right words or failing to finishing a conversation. Confusion about location and time, getting lost in familiar places or forgetting a turn while driving a familiar road. Sudden mood changes too.
