Why does my brain feel so fuzzy?

Asked 2 years ago

Hi, I have felt like I have a head full of fluff lately. I can't concentrate on my sewing, I can't read, I have to think very hard to remember things, and I'm only 58 years old. Why is this happening? What can I do to make it go away? Any help would be great, thank you.

Brain fog can be down to a number of things including exhaustion, stress, insufficient sleep, hormonal imbalances, low glucose levels and poor nutrition. Electronics can also contribute to this so you could try to limit the time spent on your computer or phone. Additionally, you could get more sleep ( about 7-9 hours) and exercise (about 30 minutes every day), improve your diet to include more fruits and vegetables and supplement with omega-3, vitamin D and B-vitamins.
