What helps with brain fog during menopause?

Asked 2 years ago

Hi, I'm a woman in her 50's who is going through menopause. I just never thought that I would be struggling with brain fog too. It makes it difficult to function. What can I do?

Regular exercise of any kind from going for a jog to gardening or just going for a walk can help with brain fog. Exercise gets the body's blood pumping, the blood flow moving and consequently more oxygen flowing into the brain, resulting in your brain working faster and stronger because it can breathe. About half an hour of cardio a day for a week should be enough.
