Is forgetfulness a cognitive issue?
Asked 2 years ago
Is it possible that overly forgetfulness in a woman in her prime age is a sign of cognitive decline? Should I be worried?

Cognitive impairment is a wide ranging condition with causes from simple stress to dementia or Alzheimer's. In most cases its nothing more than stress or anxiety. The best way to help is to change diet, get exercise to restore blood flow to your brain and take a break from electronics. If you do this and the forgetfulness persists, seeing a doctor is your best option.
