Does this company's Sleepsyl actually work. I need an honest answer from someone who has successfully used it. I am an insomniac and have to use some dangerous sleep aids to get some sleep?

I go to bed at about 9:30 pm. we don't actually turn off the lights till about 11:00pm.

I fall asleep fast, but my problem is that I wake up in the middle of the night (2:00 am) and connot fall back asleep, no matter what I try, like reading, etc.
