My poor blood circulation makes me feel nauseous and dizzy a lot of the time. Which supplements can I take to improve my blood circulation?

Some supplements known to improve blood circulation include Bloodsyl (which contains vasodilators such as garlic and Mag-Sci), Fish oil, Omega-7 fatty acids, B vitamins especially Niacin, Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), Nattokinase and L-arginine. Foods such as spinach, ginger, garlic, citrus fruits, walnuts, beets and cayenne pepper are also great vasodilators.
