Sean Walsh moved from Ireland to America at the age 7 due to his father’s career. Young Sean spent his childhood hoping to catch a leprechaun and staring at the Walsh family crest, trying to remember a life in Ireland. He internalized the family motto from a young age: “Transfixus sed non mortuus - Pierced but not dead.” Throughout his studies, he realized that this motto can be applied to nutrition and the American diet. Many people don’t realize how their diet pierces their health and Sean’s mission in life is to help people properly manage their health through inspiring proper exercise and nutrition.
