Is retinol or collagen better for reducing wrinkles?
Asked 2 years ago
I want a more youthful and supple appearance to my skin. My wrinkles have gotten worse since lockdown and it's knocking my self-esteem. Is it better for me to use retinol or collagen for reducing my wrinkles?

Retinoids are significantly stronger by all accounts, collagen is more usable as a supplement to help it out and get that much extra in terms of results. Retinoids are a considerably more potent agent whereas collagen is more like the extra bit you take on the side, although collagen itself can work well on its own.
